Terms of Service
Effective September 15, 2026
These terms govern your use of HoneyCAD. By creating an account you agree to them. Also see our Privacy Policy.
1. The service
HoneyCAD is a computer-aided dispatch (CAD) and records tool built for Roblox roleplay communities. It lets communities manage dispatch calls, unit statuses, civilian characters and vehicle records.
HoneyCAD is a fan-made tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation.
2. Accounts
You sign in with Google or an email address. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure.
You must be allowed to use the service under the laws that apply to you. If you are under 13, you may only use HoneyCAD with a parent or guardian's involvement.
3. Communities and content
Community owners are responsible for their community: its name, its members, and the records created inside it. Owners and staff ranks manage membership and can remove members or content at any time.
You keep ownership of the content you enter (callsigns, character names, call descriptions). You grant us the right to store and display it back to your community so the service can function.
Do not enter real personal information about other people — HoneyCAD records are for fictional roleplay characters only.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: break the law; harass, threaten or dox other users; store real personal data of others; attempt to access communities you are not a member of; probe, attack or overload the service; or use HoneyCAD to scam or defraud anyone.
We may suspend accounts or communities that violate these rules.
5. Plans and payments
HoneyCAD offers a free plan with usage limits and paid plans (Premium and Network) with higher limits. Paid plan features and prices are listed on the pricing page.
When checkout is enabled, paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.
6. Availability
We aim to keep HoneyCAD running and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without a guaranteed uptime. Check the status page for current availability.
We may add, change or remove features over time, including adjusting free-plan limits.
7. Termination
You can stop using HoneyCAD at any time. Community owners can delete their communities; deleting a community removes its calls, units, civilians and vehicle records.
We may terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we must remove for legal reasons.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HoneyCAD is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost data, or lost revenue arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will note it on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use HoneyCAD after a change means you accept the updated terms.
